1. “Pour Encourage Les Autres” (PELA) Awards (a.k.a. “To Encourage Others”):
“Best of Show” and “Best Theme” often selected from the
“Best of Time Slot” that garner most votes from GM Judges throughout
convention.

periods, scales sizes, judges recognize as many as possible with a certificate
and flag-streamer.
