As of May 12, the PEL is now available!
The word ‘Events’ is the overall term used to describe everything from Games,
and Painting Classes, Contests and Events, to the Military Seminar Series and
the many Tournaments, as well as other special events, at the convention.
Events are arranged as sub-topics in alphabetical order below. Clicking on
any of the links below will take you either to a web page or a PDF * file
containing information on those particular events.
*Adobe Acrobat Reader® required to view this file. Download it for free from
Adobe Systems Inc
website.
Please Note: That no new events (games, etc.) will be added to the PEL – the
only updates will be for canceled events or changes to event days/times (these updates will be listed as a separate PDF * file) – exception being adding new special events for promotional purposes only. However, there will be more events available at the convention, which will be listed in the onsite program. Don’t wait, pre-register for your games now for the best chance to get a place at the table!
In fact, you’ll probably find that there is so much at HISTORICON
that you probably won’t get to do all that you want in the four days of
Historical Miniatures Gaming's Biggest Summer Vacation!
Follow the links below for all your preliminary events information.
Clicking on any of the links below will take you to a PDF * file that contains
either the entire PEL or each day's events, in chronological order (if you do not
have Adobe Acrobat Reader, see note at bottom of this page). Note that the
PDF files are searchable, so you can find your favorite event, GM, or other
information, more quickly.
Since HISTORICON is the biggest convention with the largest
attendance, there's no better place for this convention highlight and proper
series of seminars on topics ranging from military and naval history to theme
related and miniature wargaming in general. POC for all seminars is:
Richard Brooks, Seminar Coordinator –
seminars@historicon.org.
Seminars are not available for pre-registration – they are a first-come
first-seated basis at the convention – but for everyone’s planning
purposes, click on the link for a PDF * file containing the schedule of the
Military Seminar Series
being offered this year.
